Sharon spent her childhood growing up in the Pilbara before travelling up and down the state over the years with her husband and 3 daughters. Eventually she made the move with her family to Mandurah 11 years ago where they now call home. She has enjoyed raising her daughters in our gorgeous coastal town and loves that now her girls have grown up, she can continue to enjoy what Mandurah has to offer. Sharon loves to spend her time writing short stories and cooking. Back in 2006, Sharon decided to take on a career change and became a Property Manager and has never looked back. Enjoying the challenge and the personal relationships formed with her clients, Sharon decided to further her knowledge and received her triennial certificate in 2016. Sharon takes pride in her level of service she offers all of her clients and strongly believes that everyone has a story and we should all take the time to hear it. This has enabled her to build strong relationships with a very diverse range of people over the many years she has spent in the Real Estate industry.
Liza Hogan commenced her property management career in 1993 as a rental receptionist and very quickly was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 1994. After gaining her Property Manager License in 1995, she has been a Property Manager ever since. She was also very proud to have won an award in 1996 for offering “Best Customer Service”. In 2001, she obtained a Commercial Property Management License and has is regularly attending many extra seminars to improve her property management knowledge. With over 20 years’ experience, Liza enjoys the everyday challenges that this industry brings and relishes in that fact that no two days are the same. Since taking the role as Property Manager/Business Development Mandurah at Harcourts Mandurah, she is able to share her vast experience with landlords and provide them with the satisfaction that an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly team is all you need to manage your rental property. Liza is married to Brett (Police Auxiliary Officer) and with three children, she spends her time off enjoying the outdoors and all that Mandurah has to offer. As a landlord herself, she loves her chosen career of property management and fully understands the demands of owners.
Trudi joined the Harcourts Mandurah team in 2015 as a specialised Leasing Manager. In that time, owners and tenants have benefited with an increase in the volume of properties leased and the quicker turnaround time in getting tenants into their new homes. Trudi has lived in Mandurah since childhood and is married to another Harcourts Mandurah team member Aaron Wright. She continues to love her home town and looks forward to continuing to raise her young family here. Her experience in the work force has extended from admin to management positions. This with the organisational skills of raising her 5 children and the love of working with people, Trudi feels the Leasing Manager role is made for her. During her “down time” she enjoys spending it with her family including getting out in the boat and to the beach. She has travelled the world with Aaron and has now settled with her family in Halls Head. Trudi commitment to Leasing Manager allows Harcourts Mandurah to offer a service above and beyond including viewings to prospective tenants at any day or time that is suitable to the client. It did not take long to find that Trudi has become an essential part of the Property Management Department at Harcourts Mandurah.
Samantha has moved to Western Australia from the United Kingdom after living there for many years working within the customer service industry. She has moved to Western Australia for herself and her family to enjoy the opportunities that Western Australia can offer. Samantha joined the Harcourts Mandurah Property Management Department in September 2012. Samantha has always had a great passion for Property Management, continually going above and beyond the requirements of her role to deliver a prompt and efficient service. Samantha is highly organised and enjoys dealing with the everyday challenges that Property Management can bring. With a long history in Real Estate, Sam brings with her years of knowledge and wisdom to guide and aid all her clients in the right direction, thus providing them with the service and reliability each of her customers deserve.
Bonnie started in the real estate industry back in 2007 and enjoys every aspect of this exciting career. Originally a country girl, she moved here with her family in 2010 and loves the lifestyle Mandurah has to offer. Since starting in real estate, Bonnie has been lucky enough to experience the different roles real estate has to offer from administration to sales and property management. Working with such a successful team at Harcourts is exciting and ensures that no two days are ever the same.
Ashley started her Real Estate career in 2008 with Harcourts Kwinana and was quickly promoted to Office Administrator. After obtaining her Property Managers Registration, she transitioned to Property Manager Assistant. Ashley thoroughly enjoys managing her own portfolio and has gained so much experience along the way, being a Mandurah local for the past 10 years. Over the years she has developed a high work ethic and exceptional customer service skills and is very passionate about Property Management. She enjoys liaising with all of her clients and the relationships she forms with both landlords and tenants. Ashley is easily approachable and an integral member of our Property Management Team at Harcourts Mandurah. In her spare time Ashley enjoys spending time with her young energetic family enjoying the many activities that Mandurah has to offer including the beach & family BBQ’s. She also has hobbies that include boxing, gym & reading.
After spending 10 years in the banking industry both in New Zealand and Australia, Andrea made the decision she needed more passion in her working life. A career she enjoyed getting out of bed for. Fast forward 5 years and she is pursuing that dream. After gaining her real estate registration in 2012 she hasn’t looked back! 2016 was the year Andrea decided to expand on her knowledge in real estate and joined a boutique agency to become a Property Manager. As much as enjoyed the small team a boutique offers, she decided a move to bigger office like Harcourts where they can offer the support and ongoing training was what she felt was needed to continue her success within the industry. Andrea prides herself on commitment, honesty and care. Since joining Harcourts Mandurah Andrea has relished in the fantastic team culture with the Harcourts values of “people first”, “doing the right thing”, “being courageous” and “fun and laughter”. She enjoys helping people and is looking forward to working with the Property Management team at Harcourts Mandurah.
In 2010 Joanne along with her husband and 4 children decided to take a leap and migrated to Western Australia from the UK. Wanting to make the most of this change, Joanne decided to pursue a career in real estate joining a sales team where she was very successful and finished her first year as Number 6 rookie in WA. Wanting to further her knowledge in the real estate sector, Joanne joined a Property Management team as an admin assistant in 2015. With over 2 years’ experience in the assisting role she has now spread her wings and has taken over her own portfolio within the Harcourts Mandurah PM Department. In her spare time, Joanne likes to keep fit at the gym or by making the most of her sea change with walks on the beach with the family and their dog. Joanne is excited to be a part of such a dynamic team and looks forward to building relationships with her clients in the future.
After spending 13 years residing in Port Hedland, not only running her own business & working locally, Kylie re-discovered her passion for property management. Kylie actually originally chose the career of property management when she initially left high school so that drive for our industry was already evident. Having worked in the highly demanding job of retail sales, this re-defined her choice of property management and renewed her passion. Kylie is a confident Property Manager and offers a friendly, knowledgeable approach for her clients and enjoys all aspects of property management. Kylie also prides herself on her commitment, loyalty and is very caring. Since joining Harcourts Mandurah Kylie has hit the ground running with her clients offering exceptional service ! She is a fantastic asset to our PM team at Harcourts Mandurah. Kylie has three adult children and also enjoys socialising with family & friends. She also enjoys relaxing on her time off with her dogs at our beautiful Mandurah beaches.
