Samantha has moved to Western Australia from the United Kingdom after living there for many years working within the customer service industry. She has moved to Western Australia for herself and her family to enjoy the opportunities that Western Australia can offer. Samantha joined the Harcourts Mandurah Property Management Department in September 2012. Samantha has always had a great passion for Property Management, continually going above and beyond the requirements of her role to deliver a prompt and efficient service. Samantha is highly organised and enjoys dealing with the everyday challenges that Property Management can bring. With a long history in Real Estate, Sam brings with her years of knowledge and wisdom to guide and aid all her clients in the right direction, thus providing them with the service and reliability each of her customers deserve.
Mandii has been a resident of Mandurah for over 20 years after relocating from Perth. The newest member of the award winning Harcourts team, Mandii brings 13 years’ experience in Property Management along with her passion of the industry. Highly organised and an efficient member of the team, she enjoys the diversity of her job and reviles in the many challenges that property management offers on a daily basis. As well as being a qualified property manager, Mandii holds a Diploma of Business Management and Certificate in Child Care. As many clients would agree Mandii's down to earth approach guarantees lessors and tenants are treated with respect and their needs are dealt with efficiently. Honesty and integrity are without doubt are a few of the many attributes she displays along with a genuine enthusiasm for getting the job done. Mandii is very family focused and enjoys relaxing on weekends with her husband and children. Recently becoming a grandparent, Mandii appreciates what family and life have to offer, enjoying every moment where possible.
Phoebe has been in the Real Estate industry for the past 5 years first holding a position as a Receptionist and then Property Management Assistant; working her way up to managing her own portfolio and is the newest member to join the award winning team at Harcourts Mandurah. After growing up 4 hours east of Mandurah in the small country town of Narembeen, Phoebe then attended 4 years of boarding school at Penrhos College where she completed year 12 and has since been living locally in the Mandurah area Over the years she has developed a high work ethic and exceptional customer service skills which she implements in her to day to day role. Phoebe is very passionate about Property Management and enjoys liaising with the all of her clients and the relationships she forms with both landlords and tenants. With the use of her excellent time management and organisation skills it makes the everyday challenge enjoyable with the desire to achieve the best possible outcome Phoebe’s easy going and energetic attitude makes her easily approachable and has a positive influence on the way she manages her portfolio. In her spare time Phoebe enjoys being out and about outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Liza Hogan commenced her property management career in 1993 as a rental receptionist and very quickly was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 1994. After gaining her Property Manager License in 1995, she has been a Property Manager ever since. She was also very proud to have won an award in 1996 for offering “Best Customer Service”. In 2001, she obtained a Commercial Property Management License and has is regularly attending many extra seminars to improve her property management knowledge. With over 20 years’ experience, Liza enjoys the everyday challenges that this industry brings and relishes in that fact that no two days are the same. Since taking the role as Property Manager/Business Development Mandurah at Harcourts Mandurah, she is able to share her vast experience with landlords and provide them with the satisfaction that an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly team is all you need to manage your rental property. Liza is married to Brett (Police Auxiliary Officer) and with three children, she spends her time off enjoying the outdoors and all that Mandurah has to offer. As a landlord herself, she loves her chosen career of property management and fully understands the demands of owners.
Bonnie started in the real estate industry back in 2007 and enjoys every aspect of this exciting career. Originally a country girl, she moved here with her family in 2010 and loves the lifestyle Mandurah has to offer. Since starting in real estate, Bonnie has been lucky enough to experience the different roles real estate has to offer from administration to sales and property management. Working with such a successful team at Harcourts is exciting and ensures that no two days are ever the same.
With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Kerin worked as a Property Manager Assistant for Broome real estate and was later promoted to Property Manager. Growing up, in Mandurah Kerin also spent some time traveling around Australia. In her adult life she, travelled to Broome with her husband and later moved to Bunbury to live on her Dad’s property near the wineries and breweries in the Ferguson valley. She has since returned home to settle in Mandurah. Kerin is married with 2 dogs, loves baking desserts and cakes - anything sweet! She is a highly organised member of the Harcourts Mandurah Team and has excellent time management skills. Kerin is a friendly, reliable person and a hard worker.
Trudi joined the Harcourts Mandurah team in 2015 as a specialised Leasing Manager. In that time, owners and tenants have benefited with an increase in the volume of properties leased and the quicker turnaround time in getting tenants into their new homes. Trudi has lived in Mandurah since childhood and is married to another Harcourts Mandurah team member Aaron Wright. She continues to love her home town and looks forward to continuing to raise her young family here. Her experience in the work force has extended from admin to management positions. This with the organisational skills of raising her 5 children and the love of working with people, Trudi feels the Leasing Manager role is made for her. During her “down time” she enjoys spending it with her family including getting out in the boat and to the beach. She has travelled the world with Aaron and has now settled with her family in Halls Head. Trudi commitment to Leasing Manager allows Harcourts Mandurah to offer a service above and beyond including viewings to prospective tenants at any day or time that is suitable to the client. It did not take long to find that Trudi has become an essential part of the Property Management Department at Harcourts Mandurah.
